Superb and Scarce Greek Mycenaean "Cruciform" Bronze Dagger

This piece is a scarce Greek Mycenaean bronze dagger that dates circa 1400-1190 B.C., and is approximately 4.9 inches long.  The blade has much of it's original sharp edges, and is in superb condition.  This attractive piece is classified as a "Cruciform Type, Variant A", and has a beautiful dark green patina.  This weapon is also not often seen on the market, as the majority of Mycenaean blades produced during this period are larger short and full sized swords.  $1,875.00.  http://www.apoloniagallery.com
